Rob Ainscough

Rob is a seasoned leader in identity and access management. With more than a decade of experience building and scaling IAM programs in complex, global environments, he brings deep expertise in access governance, privileged access, and secure credentialing. As head of IAM for a major multinational retailer, Rob understands firsthand the challenges of building an IAM strategy from scratch to manage identity risk at scale. Now as Chief Identity Security Advisor for Silverfort in EMEA and co-host of the Identity Decoded podcast, Rob works with organizations to bridge the gap between identity/IAM teams and cybersecurity functions, with the goal of fostering lasting partnership and understanding that successfully combats identity threats, achieves security, and wins the identity compromise battle.
